Responsibilities
    • Sell Techno Brain Business Process Outsourcing and IT Validation & testing solutions and services to the Microsoft and the first tier IT application providers • Carry a sales quota for existing and new accounts and business • Identify, qualify and close opportunities across existing and new clients • Lead development of proposals • Navigate account to identify varied kinds of deals; lead pursuit teams, recommend & defend the win price, understand client drivers and competitor moves, interface with client on expectations. • Discuss business requirements consultative with prospective clients • Initiate contracts, SOWs, resolve delivery escalations • Responsible for achieving sales targets and devising sales plan to achieve these targets • Identifies and proposes potential business by contacting prospective client decision-makers to discover and explore opportunities. • Sell range of Techno Brain BPO and IT testing services and solutions • Understands industry issues • Attend and speak at industry conferences • Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams. • Coordinate activities with Techno Brain practices (who are in different international time zones) and business development support resources • Support marketing activities, including mailings and webinars. Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market
