Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows the system to be centrally installed so that remote branches can seamlessly connect via the web over existing VPN network. Using our custom connector interface between the ERP and core banking (integration API), all transactions at the end of the day are transferred from the core banking system into Dynamics NAV.

Techno Brain deployed the EPM suite at the Kenya Commercial bank to automate processes and create visibility required in the organisational performance review. The solution helps the Bank to clearly define organisational goals, specific departmental objectives, Key Performance Indicators, and strategic initiatives. With this, the organisational performance can be traced to each contributing department’s performance, and the process of assigning responsible stakeholders for each indicator/initiative has increased employee accountability. Kenya Commercial Bank can now retrieve reports and information for current and past performance reviews, therefore improving senior management decision making and strategic planning.
As the Commercial Bank of Africa scaled its business, it required a reliable and robust solution to support the sheer volume of transactions and growing demands of customers. Hence, the Bank wanted a secured CRM solution which will improve efficiency in loans collection, cut down operational costs, measure collection agents’ performance, seamlessly integrate with multiple IT softwares, and increase customer satisfaction. The Bank collaborated with Techno Brain to meet these requirements. Techno Brain implemented the Dynamics CRM 2011, which also consists of the VeriTouch (ISV) Loan collections module. The solution which was incorporated within the Bank’s call centre and collection partner, offered a seamless user experience. The solution was also integrated with the Bank’s CBS and other peripheral credit and loan-related software, to consolidate customers’ collection and delinquency data in CRM. Collection processes are now automated, leading to easy tracking and managing of the collection status. Within six months of implementing the solution, the Commercial Bank of Africa increased collection revenues by 10%.
Having greatly used manual consolidation of computations on excel spreadsheets, the National Microfinance Bank (NMB) wanted a solution for their financial reporting. Techno Brain worked with NMB and recommended an Integrated Financial Management System to meet their requirements.The solution not only managed their General Ledger, but also produced management reports and other documents in formats required by NMB.
