  • Backup and Restore Management
  • Dynamics AX Help Document
  • IT Monitoring
  • Dynamics AX Performance Monitoring & Application Monitoring

Role & Responsibilities:

Level 1 & Level 2 Technical Support with issue recreation and customization, handling escalated issues

Some key responsibilities:

  • Assistance on Critical Service Requests
  • Issue Management
  • Quality control
  • Working on bugs in Dynamics AX Application
  • Training of Dynamics AX out-of-box features as per customer request
  • Providing information and advice to customer on Dynamics AX 2012 related tasks
  • Monitoring and adhering to Customer SLAs for Support
