- Dynamics AX Help Document
- IT Monitoring
- Dynamics AX Performance Monitoring & Application Monitoring

Role & Responsibilities:
Level 1 & Level 2 Technical Support with issue recreation and customization, handling escalated issues
Some key responsibilities:
- Assistance on Critical Service Requests
- Issue Management
- Quality control
- Working on bugs in Dynamics AX Application
- Training of Dynamics AX out-of-box features as per customer request
- Providing information and advice to customer on Dynamics AX 2012 related tasks
- Monitoring and adhering to Customer SLAs for Support
