Business Lead – Sales
POSITION OVERVIEW
The position is responsible selling business process & engineering outsourcing services to clients in the US. They are the first contact with the client and have the responsibility of effectively mapping solutions to client needs and ensuring they successfully turn a lead into an account.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for Lead generation and sales to prospective BPO & software engineering clients
Understand, document, and explain Techno Brain solutions & capabilities, requirements and considerations for our BPO & Engineering products.
Manage US Client accounts, including contract and pricing negotiation, deal implementation, technical oversight, quality control and delivery .
Implement new ideas as needed to support business with sales needs.
Serve as a liaison between prospect and client teams and upper management.
Assist teams in determining customer outreach methods.
Monitor and assist with conversion/account management.
Assisting in the development and implementation of projects to improve performance against targets.
Develop business in Receivables Management, Mortgage Services and Customer Experience outsourcing from the US.
Participation in industry events
Focus on Collection Agencies, Debt Buyers, Healthcare, Banking and Fintech Companies
Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow key relationships.
Understand the makeup of potential prospects and identify the key decision-makers
Understand product and competitive products to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
Work with existing sales process and collateral and help develop the materials to suit specific and local markets
Close new business from end user clients.
Work alongside alliance partners in joint selling campaigns
Develop new channel partners & help them become self-sufficient
Work with the technical team to provide sales feedback and help identify areas for improvement.
Achieve quarterly quotas.
Recommended Skills:
Deep knowledge of machine learning (AI), statistics, quantitative analytics, econometrics, and finance.
Ability to utilize this knowledge to develop business outcomes with client.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Academic Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business administration or Economics/Computer Science or a related field;
Experience
Minimum of (4) four years ‘of tech domain experience
Experience in Technology consulting and sales or Business development role for IT Solutions
.
