The position is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, implementation, monitoring, tracking, control and closure of specific projects which have a beginning and an end with specified deliverables. Oversee the daily operations of project team to ensure on-time delivery. Prepare project plan and develop project budget and timelines. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements. The position is expected to be highly skilled to deliver time conscious, highly competitive and much in demand digital business projects having Robotic process automation, Chatbot, artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, Digital Agriculture, Block Chain, data hubs and portals, data analytics, business intelligence, other digital and associated business products/solution/services/platform etc. and various emerging technologies setting benchmarks with optimum utilization and accomplishing all set goals related to projects, programs, organisation and customers.

Required Skills & Experience:

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field especially Project Management.


  • Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant projects experience with at least three (3) years in manager role.
  • Prior experience in Project Management or a related area.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Must have hands-on experience in business analysis, requirement gathering & onsite co-ordination, team management.
  • Hands on experience of various project implementation and management methodologies.
  • Knowledge and landscape understanding on specific verticals especially digital, Digital transformation, automation, Business Consulting, Business engineering, Domain consulting, Process Improvement, Change Management, IT Strategy, Governance, IT Transformation Projects BPO, Outsourcing and other emerging services.
  • Strong knowledge & prior experience in software development and life cycle (e.g. ERP in Public Finance).
  • Knowledge preferred on analytics, robotic process automation, IoT, Digital Agriculture, AVR, Data hubs and portals, Chatbot, artificial intelligence, machine learning and CDN etc. or various emerging technologies and their projects delivery.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure LAN, WAN designs and implementation is a plus.
  • Knowledge Design & Architecture of the projects, .NET framework, ASP.NET, C# and VB.NET.


  1. Project Planning
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  1. Managing Project Teams, Stakeholder, Communication and reporting
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  1. Managing the Project Risk
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  1. Managing the Project Schedule and Budget
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  1. Managing the Project Conflicts
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  1. Managing the Project Delivery
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  1. Client Coordination and Management
  • Setting right expectations to client and agree goals.
  • Regular communication, coordination and management of the client.
  • Drive additional business into accounts.
  • Manage client relationships, introduce clients with new and additional solutions and ensure client retention through successful delivery.
  • Analyzing and understand market trends through customer feedback and research. Update manager about the same and liaise with practices.
  • Reduce the customer churn and ensure retention of clients to promote cross selling and upselling.
  1. Compliance and Reporting
  • Prepare the projects implementation strategy, plan and update on frequent basis.
  • Prepare, maintain, submit and update on the projects, teams at regular intervals internally and to clients.
  • Perform project implementation reviews and guidance in planning and execution to teams.
  • Prepare and submit various reports at regular intervals to ensure PMO, business and various other internal compliances.
  • Adherence to client, team, business and organisation policies and compliances.
  • Automate the complete projects management process and adopt latest technologies to have real time visibility of projects.
