Sales Head – BPO
The Sales lead will be responsible for driving new sales and achieving sales goals for the Business Process Outsourcing business unit. The ideal sales leader will have BPO/KPO/ITES experience, with a proven track record of selling to Technology giants, enterprise technology companies, understanding their needs, and selling Techno Brain BPO solutions.
This sales leader must maintain an attitude of customer service, this leader should be able to engage prospects in understanding their business challenges and business needs together with futuristic product / process requirements to explore their Outsourcing/Offshoring needs. The resource should be in a position to convince customers to embrace their project delivery to be done from world class delivery centers of Techno Brain mostly based in African continent.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
8-12 years of overall sales experience in BPO/KPO/ITES Sales or Selling Outsourcing or Offshoring Services to Fortune 500 companies, with a good record of achieving targets.
Have Big-deal experience – the ideal candidate will have proven experience in closing deals with ACV > $3M and TCV > $ 5M.
Be responsible for New Logo hunting and the sales cycle from deal origination to closure (signed contract) and successful handover to the Account Manager subsequently over a period of time.
Bring an understanding of the BPO marketplace and competitor offerings to drive the company’s growth strategy and investments.
Working closely with Industry Business Unit leads to work on targeted account strategies, agree on target logos, and pursue to deliver high value and high growth new logos.
Build a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues across the various Business Units
Execute go-to market plans via targeted campaigns and other sales channels including advisors, influencers, conference attendance, industry events, etc.
Can effectively identify and translate client needs into the company service offerings. Develop an understanding of customers’ business needs, matching them with the company capabilities, and developing winning proposals for the company.
Be a key intermediary between the service delivery team and the customer.
BA/BS with a solid record of academic achievement

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet sales objectives through sale of Techno Brain BPO services in the United States
Effectively “on-board” new client relationships.
Develop and execute new account plans, deliver presentations to new clients, and close business with a consultative solution-selling process.
Successfully partner with and manage relationships with top technology clients to provide services to optimize their product development and management.
As a sales hunter, key responsibility is to prospect for and acquire new customers by focusing on generating new leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and closing deals.
Prepare frequent sales report including critical sales data, ensuring sales forecasting data is both accurate and complete and customer/market insights.
Lead proposal development and RFP/tender responses
Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization.
