POSITION OVERVIEW The position is responsible for managing sales administration management process, analytical reporting on sales activities and effective support to business units in sales operations matters which includes but not limited to governance, travel experience and adequate closure of all actionable commits throughout the group. This involves ensuring that the sales process is seamless, alignment of review process as per template whilst maintaining result-based outlook on accounts mapped as per yearly focus. The right hire for the role must be energetic, quick to ensure no balls are dropped, savvy, excellent communicator and providing insights that are aimed in ensuring sales efforts are yielding the right outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Required Experience

  • 3 years relevant experience in support and coordination of sales teams.
  • Experience in a Sales Support role in IT Sales.
  • Sales administration experience, working across industries in the commercial and government sectors.
  • Proven track record of successful bids with demonstrated knowledge and experience on deals.
  • Experience and ability to deal with all levels of seniority from CXO to technical specialists across lines of business, geographies and ethnic groups.


  1. Sales Process management and Administration
    1. Responsible for overall administration, compliance and improvement of the Sales Admin process.
    1. Manage periodical management reviews including training on relevant sales operations activities.
    1. Responsible for CRM maintenance and approval process.
    1. Ensure seamless communication within all departments in sales.
    1. Ensure the induction of new employees on the Sales Admin process.
    1. Monitor the sales handover process in which all required documents are collected, verified and handed over to the Project Services team after contract signing.
  2. Governance
    1. Create, manage sales checklists, templates ensuring relevant data is collated and further updation of sales tools i.e. teams, CRM. Further support will be sorted out online and offline by the business leaders.
    1. Ensure alignment of sales enablement activities with new product releases, GTM campaigns and activities, and essential industry tradeshows.
    1. Effectively utilize the CRM tool and provide best practices and recommendations on how to leverage CRM to other functions.
    1. Manage the Sales Incentive Plan for all sales personnel across Products.
  3. Reporting and Documentation
    1. Generate CRM Reports, analytics and sales dashboards for review by the business unit leaders and CEO.
    1. Consolidate weekly and monthly reports and ensuring they are properly updated before being sent to respective stakeholders.
    1. Organizing and coordinating sales review meetings for each quarter including formulating the agenda and coalescing all the presentations.
    1. Generate and issue sales commissions documentations.
    1. Single-point accountability for Sales Administration to consolidate all sales operations activities including coordination of sales force, training, end-to-end CRM management, sales incentive payouts, etc.

      4.     Business units’ operations support

  • Calendar coordination of business unit heads to ensure there is visibility on the whereabouts and important support matters proactively managed.
  • Responsible for facilitating sales review process and tracking applicable action points tagged per business unit.
