Senior Account Manager
We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and achieving sales goals through account management for our Software Engineering and Testing business in US. Role serves as the primary relationship owner for our client accounts with responsibility for retention and revenue growth.
Role holder will have Engineering Business experience, general technology experience, with a proven track record of selling to Technology giants, enterprise technology companies, understanding their needs, and selling Techno Brain solutions. The resource should be able to convince customers to embrace their project delivery to be done from world class delivery centers of Techno Brain mostly based in African continent.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
7+ years of experience in the capacity of Customer Success, Business Development or Account Management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue opportunities through account management
Prior experience in dealing with large accounts such as Microsoft is preferred
Understanding of the offshore service delivery market and outsourcing business of Software Engineering/Testing services is required
Experience of building strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
Experience in Negotiation, prospecting skills, presentation, manage relationships and sales planning skills
Business acumen skills, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
Prior exposure in tech sales roles and technologies including, but not limited to, Microsoft Products, Azure Cloud, Software engineering and quality etc
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
BA/BS with a solid record of academic achievement
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet sales objectives and generate revenue through sale of Techno Brain Software engineering services to existing accounts and new clients in the United States.
Manage large accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
Develop and execute account plans, deliver presentations to prospective clients, and close business with a consultative solution-selling process.
Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and achieve client satisfaction
Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues
Lead proposal development and RFP/tender responses
Act as a Techno Brain brand champion, communicating effectively the differentiated value proposition of the company
Deliver effective client presentations, deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly status and results presentations to internal and external teams.
Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, aiming to increase revenue. Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients’ needs to be able to address them through our offerings.
