Corporate Council on Africa (CCA) presented the fourth U.S. – Africa Infrastructure Conference at Washington, DC, from April 27-29, 2010. The theme of the 2010 Infrastructure Conference is “Building Dynamic growth in Africa”. This conference featured attendees from the African and American private sector, government leaders and officials from multilateral institutions. The Welcome Reception featured comments by Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta, Kenya’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, and presentations throughout the conference featured senior leaders like Dep. Secretary of the Treasury, Neil Wolin, and plenary sessions hosted by the World Bank, EX-IM Bank and US Trade and Development Agency. Sessions and activities went from morning to night throughout the conference.
