Air India – India’s only Government owned national air carrier is to improve its customer experience by providing a seamless information flow to customers at a click. This has been made possible, thanks to Techno Brain and Akamai who have offered a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to ensure 100% uptime and on spot services availability to all Air India customers.
